Cappie and Evan were almost #1, there's just something about those two lol. I was going to mention all of Cappie's nicknames for Evan! Sophie's choice is the best way to describe it, although McDreamy just isn't winning me over as much as McSteamy is lately. I LOVED the premiere, it was an amazing episode, but then it was the same old again and I don't know, for some reason I just can't get into it.
